November Shabbaton Weekend with Rabbi Jeremy Parnes

OJC is excited to welcome back our friend Rabbi Jeremy Parnes from Regina for our November Shabbaton weekend. His services are always warm and insightful, and we’re always glad to host him on our bimah. Rabbi Parnes has a strong connection to the OJC congregation, having led several members along their recent conversion journeys and b’nai mitzvot. He has built his career as a community leader, helping to improve living conditions for people at risk, and being an outspoken national advocate for peace, communication, and finding common ground.

In addition to leading services, Rabbi Parnes has offered to meet with OJC members wanting to discuss their concerns over the current political tension. If you would be interested in participating in this group conversation, please contact the office.
