Children ages 5 to 12 are welcomed at the school to learn basic Hebrew language, Jewish history and prayer.
Following the traditions of our ancestors, the students use age-appropriate stories, songs, theatre, art, cooking and prayer to connect with Jewish cultural history and religious practices. Surrounded by friends and engaging teachers, the children are eager to learn about their Jewish identities.
The Hebrew School families support this learning with occasional group Shabbat dinners, as well as celebration Jewish holidays with the greater OJC Community.
