Shabbaton Week-end with Rabbi/Cantor Russell Jayne

OJC is very excited to welcome back to Kelowna Rabbi/Cantor Russell Jayne from Congregation Beth Tzedek in Calgary. Rabbi/Cantor Russ is well known to our Congregation having done several Shabbaton week-ends at our Centre over the years. The events are planned for the week-end of Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2. We are excited of the evening social program on Saturday at 7 pm, when Rabbi/Cantor Russ will be telling us about his journey through Cantorial school and Rabbinic School, and treating us to a variety of selections, both liturgical and popular. Coffee and cake will be supplied on Saturday night to complement the social. Of course, Friday night dinner at 6 pm, and luncheon to follow after the Saturday morning service.
